What do we have here? A Spasmoditicity of ceramic, patterned with the potpourri of boyish plastique, in the slobbering glaze which oozes a mystical figurine theatre of figurehead.
It’s walking through Where the Wild Things Are without the teeth.
The moving presence does not imbue immediately a savagerine discovery, a la Easter Island. The compact composites are sentimental enough to be leading with clarity of fastidiousness rather than sacred and holy imposition. To be enjoyable rather than judgmental in polished posture invites the mind towards exploring the ornamental media; with that impeccable sprouting of who-knows-whats follicles (fair use from Dr. Seuss). I say this is fine art.
